Beyondt Team Visits Shanghai Special Equipment Inspection Institute to Exchange Pulsed Eddy Current Technology – Latest Product Receives High Recognition

Recently, the technical team from Anhui Beyondt Technology Co., Ltd. visited the Shanghai Institute of Special Equipment Inspection and Technical Research (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Special Equipment Inspection Institute") for in-depth technical exchanges and on-site testing regarding the latest pulsed eddy current (PEC) inspection technology. The visit aimed to promote the engineering application of PEC technology in the field of special equipment inspection and to enhance the intelligent level of corrosion detection for in-service equipment.
During the exchange, the Beyondt team highlighted the core technical principles and application advantages of their independently developed next-generation PEC inspection system. Designed to meet the in-service inspection needs of insulated pipelines, high-temperature components, and complex structural parts, the system features optimized signal excitation and acquisition algorithms, significantly improving penetration capability and signal-to-noise ratio.
To further verify the actual performance of the equipment, both parties conducted systematic tests on multiple standard reference blocks and simulated corrosion defect samples at the site, focusing on evaluating the device's stability and repeatability. The test results showed that the Beyondt next-generation PEC inspection system exhibited excellent data consistency under various lift-off distances and wall thickness conditions. The deviation across repeated measurements was controlled within an extremely low range, fully demonstrating the equipment's reliable on-site application capability.
Experts from the Shanghai Special Equipment Inspection Institute gave full recognition to Beyondt's technological achievements. They noted that the equipment has reached an advanced industry level in terms of inspection accuracy, operational convenience, and intelligent data analysis, and holds significant practical value for ensuring the safe operation of special equipment.
